Downstairs
Entrance from the garden leads into a large kitchen-diner and a comfortable lounge area both of which feature traditional log stoves. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need including a microwave, electric oven, gas cooker, sink unit, breadmaker, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge. In the lounge there is a sofa bed which can be used to provide extra sleeping area if required as well as a digital TV, DVD and a collection of books and games for all the family. There is also a downstairs bathroom featuring both shower and a bath. All rooms have electric radiators to supplement the wood burning stoves to make this a viable let all year round.
Upstairs
There are four bedrooms including a spacious, en-suite master bedroom with brand new luxury king size bed and three smaller bedrooms one with a king size bed, one with double bed and one with bunkbeds. A cot, changing mat, pushchair and highchair all available.
Outside
A good size garden with a splash pool provides the perfect area in which to relax and enjoy the countryside views. Tables and chairs are provided and the garden makes the perfect location for a barbeque. The two public footpaths which pass by the side of the house make enjoyable circular walks or mountain-bike circuits.
